Good questions
we get these a lot
What am I actually buying?
An ERC-721 token on OP Mainnet that points at one of ten thousand characters. The token id carries both the character and which generation of it you hold. To mint you need a wallet in this browser holding enough ETH on OP Mainnet for the price and the gas. If your ETH is on Base or Ethereum instead, the mint button brings over what the mint needs first, through the Across bridge, and shows you the amount and the small fee before you sign.
What is the difference between Blue and Green?
Genesis Blue is generation 0: one per character, on the blue plate, and once it is minted nobody can mint it again. Generation Green is the same character on the green plate, numbered from 1 upward, free beyond gas, and limited to one per wallet per character. The blue is the scarce one; green exists so anybody can hold the character they like.
How much does a Genesis Blue cost?
The contract sets the price, not this page. It opens at 0.01 ETH and steps up by 0.01 ETH for every two and a half thousand sold. The figure on the mint button is read live from the contract before every transaction.
Where does the artwork live?
On IPFS and on Arweave, both pinned before the contract was deployed. The contract stores the roots, so the art cannot be swapped out later. The traits are stored on chain in full.
Can the collection be changed after launch?
No. The contract is immutable: no setters, no proxy to swap its code, and no pause. The supply, the price curve, the art roots and the traits are fixed the day it is deployed, and nobody can edit them afterwards, including us. What you mint today is exactly what the chain will show in ten years.
